REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Ellis necklaces or bangles you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to returning any item.
Return of necklaces and bangles must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item(s) were post marked as delivered to you by Australia Post.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in saleable condition or may not be eligible for refund.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return post; therefore we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service to return items.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item (including earrings), please take a photograph of the damaged item and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange return via assessment.
In cases of loss, damage or fault, repair, replacement or refund will be offered according to circumstances.
Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
